Tuakana/Teina – Mātauranga
Education and Training
We foster a tuakana/teina approach to learning, where knowledge is shared, guidance is given, and mentorship is embedded in everyday practice. By nurturing mātauranga, we empower our team, whānau, and community to grow together, enhancing skills, confidence, and culturally grounded care.
